Choice+ Practice serves more than 200 physician practices throughout the metro Atlanta area. You’ll have the chance to float across different areas, gain new experiences, and build relationships with Northside teams and leaders.
The flexibility you need for the future you want
Choice+ Practice gives you the ability to work daytime hours that fit your lifestyle — whether you’re in school, have a busy family or just want some extra shifts. Most Northside practices are open from 7:30am to 5:30pm, with the exception of our urgent care centers which are staffed from 8:00am to 8:00pm.

Our daily pool uses an online physician portal that matches your skills and availability to on-demand, same-day staffing needs.
It’s all up to you with Choice+ Practice
You’ll explore new specialties and environments and learn how to smoothly transition between locations and assignments. You may even find a permanent opportunity with a team that you really like and want to grow with. To qualify, you must be:
- Available to float within a 30-mile radius of Northside Hospital Atlanta at least 2 days/week
- Willing to adjust to different practice hours and staffing needs across your assignments
- Committed to excellence in customer care when working with patients, families and physician practice team members
