How the School works.
Northside’s CNA School is a state-approved program, fully-sponsored by Northside Hospital. The School will feature in-depth classroom instruction and hands-on clinicals. It will qualify and prepare you to sit for the Georgia CNA test to obtain your licensure. You can participate in the program at any of our five campuses (based on availability):

The program is based at Northside’s Atlanta campus with employment opportunities at all 5 Northside campuses, based on organizational needs. After completion of Northside’s CNA School, students will test for the certification exam with the state of Georgia to become a Certified Nursing Aide. Upon certification, CNA students will complete the 8-week PCT Internship and move into a full-time, Patient Care Tech position in their assigned department.

It will qualify and prepare you to sit for the Georgia CNA test to obtain your licensure. You can participate in the program at any of our five campuses:
Atlanta
Cherokee
Duluth
Forsyth
Gwinnett
The 18-day school runs monthly from Northside’s Atlanta campus with employment opportunities at all 5 Northside campuses upon completion. After completion of the program, students will test for the exam with the state of Georgia to become a Certified Nursing Aid.
