How the school works.
Northside’s Medical Assistant School is a state-approved, four-month program, fully-sponsored by Northside Hospital. It features:
- Three months of in-depth classroom instruction at our school located in metro Atlanta
- One month of hands-on clinical experience at a physician practice located in your selected region (Fulton, Cobb/Cherokee, Forsyth or Gwinnett)
- Comprehensive instruction and training to qualify and prepare you for Medical Assistant Certification, if desired (Certification is optional)
- Individualized attention from our system clinical educators
