Inside the Northside Scholar Program
The Northside Scholar Program is one of the ways Northside Hospital supports the advancement of its employees. The Program provides financial support to current Northside Hospital employees who are enrolled in eligible health care degree and are seeking full-time positions as RNs, LPNs or Rad Techs. In essence, the Program helps to turn ambition into tangible achievement.
How Does the Program work?
For each of the following career areas, participants receive a “scholarship” in the form a 1-time payment to help with the costs of their position-specific education.

This scholarship is available to future RNs in the senior year of their nursing program located at or working in acute care or oncology at Northside Hospital Atlanta or roles in acute care, critical care or surgical services at Northside Hospital Gwinnett.
Licensed Practical Nurses
Program participants can receive tuition reimbursement to aid in their pursuit of becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse. Tuition reimbursement is available to future LPNs located at or working in acute care at Northside’s Gwinnett, Atlanta and Forsyth locations.
